Our team develops the concept and works through it with you, back and forth, until every single detail feels right. This is your knife — we're not moving to steel until you're genuinely happy with the design in front of you.

4. Approve & Forge
Once you give the final tick of approval, your custom D'Avila moves into the forge. From sketch to finished blade, it's been shaped by your decisions the whole way through.
