Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Queensland, Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on shipping method, location, and whether the address is metro or rural.

We also deliver to PO Boxes.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout where applicable.

Orders & Tracking

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking code is sent once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to assist.

Do your knives come with a warranty?
Our lifetime warranty ensures your D'Ávila knife is covered for repairs, maintenance, or replacement. Simply contact our support team with your warranty certificate and we will guide you through the process.

Product Care

How do I care for my carbon steel knife?
Always hand wash and dry immediately after use. Apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil to prevent rust. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods and store in a dry place.
Are your knives dishwasher safe?
No. Hand washing is strongly recommended to preserve the blade and finish.

Gifts & Personalisation

Are your products suitable as gifts?
Yes. All products are delivered as a gift-ready experience including a custom presentation box, handwritten warranty certificate, and care information.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes. We offer engraving options such as names, dates, and messages. Please contact us before ordering.

Returns

What if I change my mind?
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original condition and packaging.
What if I used it but I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 7-day real use trial. You may return the product within 7 days for a full refund if unsatisfied.
What if my item is faulty?
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law if the product is defective or does not perform as expected.
