At D'Avila, we believe premium products should come with premium support. We are committed to fair service, customer satisfaction, and full compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Is defective
  • Does not match the description
  • Does not perform its intended function
  • Has a major failure

These rights apply independently of our internal return policy.

Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in perfect condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once the item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Original packaging should be included
  • Price differences will be adjusted where applicable

Defective or Faulty Products

If your item arrives faulty or develops a covered issue, we will resolve the matter in line with Australian Consumer Law.

This may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund

For approved faulty item claims, return shipping costs will be covered by D'Ávila.

We go beyond standard policy requirements. We offer a 7-day real use guarantee, meaning you may use your knife in normal conditions and evaluate it properly.

If for any reason you are not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return the product for a full refund. We have no interest in keeping unhappy customers — your satisfaction is a core part of our brand.

Our lifetime warranty ensures your D'Avila knife is covered for repairs, maintenance, or replacement with no questions asked. Simply contact our customer service team with your warranty certificate, and we'll guide you through the process to ensure your knife is always in perfect condition.
