"Hi! My name is Sam and I’m dad of 2 and absolutely LOVE bbq.



I’ve been smoking meat for around 4 years now.



While it has always been a weekend hobby and passion, I’d always wanted to turn it into something more.



Earlier this year I decided to start filming my cooks as what I cook is usually pretty straightforward and is cooked in a way to make awesome meals easily and to encourage some new BBQ’rs to take a bigger leap with their food!"

M5 Adventure

"Hey legends, we’re the Maybury 5- Brooke, Todd, our 2 daughters Greer & Elsie, and kelpie named Steve. We base ourselves in rural NSW, but spend most of our days travelling Australia fulltime in our Toyota Landcruiser and Titanium Caravan.

Like many others, Covid really impacted how we lived. It turned us into hermits who only went out to weekend warrior. We weren’t living. As a result, we sold our home and relocated to coastal New South Wales where we stayed for another 6 months living, what we call "the mould". We still didn't feel fulfilled so made the change to travel Australia.

Thus, in a relatively short period (6 weeks) we had to buy a caravan, pack up our belonging and be on the road."

  • Our Base
    After 8 months on the road, Todd fell of a Gorge in Rural Western Australia. Luckily to be alive, we had to change our travel plans in order for him to receive intense therapy. This is when we decided to make rural New South Wales our base.
  • Back on the Road
    Since Todd's recovery, we have been able to get back on the road and explore Australia as we planned. We love everything about Australia and hope you're able to explore it with us one day.

The Meat Marshall

Meet Lach Marshall, the Sydney-based Butcher Known as The Meat Marshall. Growing up on a farm sparked Lach’s deep-rooted passion for meat, which led him to start his own business, Butcher Bag, at the age of 22.

His love for quality cuts has naturally evolved into a passion for BBQ and a flair for making people laugh on social media. On his channels, Lach shares his adventures in barbecuing along with expert tips, all while entertaining his followers with his humorous take on the culinary world.
